PALO PINTO 

This size of this historic craftsman style bungalow on 1.5 lots is deceiving from the front. Adding a lovely primary suite to the existing upstairs attic space allowed for a large family room off the kitchen, which overlooks a gorgeous pool area. I was hired to assist in making finish, lighting and plumbing fixture selections. The goal was to create classic spaces with modernized shapes and materials - as you can tell, we had fun with color! This couple was so laid back and fun to work with. I’m grateful for the opportunity to know them!
